i think its a bad habit and shouldnt be allowed in public, seperate smoking sections in public seems like a far cry tho. :(

im a big smoker but im glad that are trying to make laws against public smoking. Its better to smokers be on a side of a restaurant and non-smokers in the other side.

I think it's a hazards for those who don't smoke.

i hate those who smoke in public and feel like killing them on the spot but dont who want to be criminal anyway and they killing themselves by smoking

If some one smokes in open places then ok but buses, cinema halls, trains and educational places should be banned.

I think it should be allowed. My city just passed a bylaw that you're not allowed to smoke in restaruants anymore, even ones with smoking rooms already built in, or bars/clubs. I feel like they're taking away our freedoms one at a time. I think that as long as you're not in a closed in space that has a designated smoking section or smoking room where the people who don't want to be around smoke don't have to be, what's the problem?

i hate d people who smokes in public. they r disturbin others. it will affect d neighbours around them , than d smokers.which is d cause 4 many respiratory problems, diseases
