joined the advertised sites when login to Mylot?

Sometimes when I log in to Mylot, I will be shown about three advertisement where some of them is about some money making websites. Recently I am starting to wonder if those few advertised money making websites are legit and working. Has anyone joined the advertised websites when you log in to Mylot? are they really working and what is the prospect? or perhaps you have been clicking the skip button like I did all this time?
