How can I keep myself under control?

I have neck disease,I know I shouldn't use computer too much,especially for playing game.I had tried to touch PC as less as I can for two weeks,my neck feels very good. But I couldn't stick to it,I can't find other entertainments that I have interest on,and many reasons have limited me to go out frequently or for a long time.So,when I'm bored at home,I think about computer again...........

do some reading at home. Buy some magzines you are interested in and read them when you are free at home. If you don't like reading, watch TV programs, at least this can distract your attention on computer.

I have tried this two ways you mentioned before,tragically,they didn't work,the problem should be I will feel unconfortable as long as I focus something too much time,anyway,apreciate ur idea.

Diseases really come in many different forms and they really affect bodily function and when it does we have to make adjustments and oftentimes we find ourselves not being able to do the usual routine. Then, we are forced to think of other ways to make the most of our time. In this stage, we either find something new to focus our attention on or continue with the frustration and have self pity. There's got to be something inside of us that we need to discover. We just have to be open-minded and see life on its different angle. When you discover your other potential, you would be surprised that life is more beautiful because you've responded to the challenge quite well.
