I am a user from the Philippines. I can't transfer money from paypal to my bank account. Paypal advised me to lift withdrawal limit first through Credit Card EON from Union Bank before they allow me the transfer. Help me how to get said Credit Card. How much does it cost? What steps will I do to have it? Please respond. Thank you.
