I live in an apartment and so, not allowed to paint the white walls. I try to decorate my apartment with special things that remind me of my family. I have a houseplant that sits in my kitchen window that my Mom gave me before she passed away. I have a clock that sits on my mantle that is from my husband's Mom. She passed away a year before my Mom did. These things help to make my apartment feel like a home. How do you make your house - Home Sweet Home?

full of joy and hapiness filled the house makes my house like home. It is the rented one since I just move here and I will decide to move to city next year. When I just came here, just an empty house. I buy a lot of applications and try to make it my home. Now, I did this. This is how I make my house a home.

A small house or rented apartment can be made to be homey. It is not the decor but the people who make a house a home. My husband and I are very happy in our apartment and that is really how our dwelling feels so homey.

You know I have lived in an apartment a good portion of my life so I know how much it stinks to only have white walls in your home, but tis the joy of renting. We decorate the house with things we like to collect and memories. However, with my kids and a motto of seek and destroy I don't get to do things like I would like. And of course the pets contribute to the damage to our home. Someday I'd like it to look like a home and not a disaster.

My house is a home not because of whats in it,,But th joy and love that offered to anyone who crosses by door seal.. I make everyone who visits feel at home...I take care of my home but its not to good for my friends and family especially my grandson even when they were small... I believe its the warmth of feeling that can be felt when entering my home....
