I have been working in this company for five years,the company's business is sliping down every year.So,in the past two years,we experienced job cut,task increased,and if someone quit his job,no one would be recruited.
Just want to vent feeling,maybe it's the time to go now.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well it was pretty disappointing to hear about your work place and i know it must be difficult for u all to survive in such an environment. I do not know what might be the cause of such a slowdown but i think u should support your company at large and see to it how u and other colleagues can help to keep your company intact amidst such a crisis.
I think u should wait for some more time, may be to see if the situation might change and if it stays the same, u can move on to another company.

Yeah,thanks for ur advice.Just as u said,I'm waiting and seeing,I didn't quit my job just because the workload doesn't get across my bottomline,the mark is we still don't have to work overtime.But the trend of future is obviously not very good,that's why I'm in hesitation.

Yeah i can understand your case and again i would like to suggest that u have patience and look out at the market situation and the possibility of your company to recover and if u think that the future is bleak then u can apply for other companies and give yourself some time to think on your decision.
