It is winter in Shanghai now.It is so cold everyday.I have taken measures to keep warm early. Every morning I spend twenty minutes to go to work with snow boots and warm coat. When I am woking, the air-conditioner in my office is working too. When I go back home,I take hot water bag with me and have my feet in the hot water before I go to sleep. But these days I feel my toes not only pain but also itch!I put down my socks and find my right toes are red and swollen.I`ve got a chilblains! It is so terrible for me.I hate chilblain! Can anyone tell me an fficient method to cure my poor toes?

You're welcome! I found another site with more remedies than the other one. You might like it better. www.botanical-online.com/chilblainremedies.htm I hope you find something that helps. I had eczema on my feet and I scratched them until they started bleeding and then it started really hurting.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation and i know u wanted to such rashes to go off your feet and i think it is the accumulation of water in between the fingers of your feet. Whenever u are dipping your feet in hot water, try to keep wipe off the water and make them dry as soon as possible and for this u can employ a warmer or room heater. Besides try to consult a doctor and ask for the remedies and i am sure u will get a solution to chilblains. What say?

Yeah I think consulting a doctor will be a better option. Home remedies work best when you know the problem and know what is gonna happen. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

It is sad to hear this. I have never been to such a cold place in my life and I have no idea how people from such places deal with it. I feel for you. See a doctor for better advice. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.
