Trouble Sleeping?

This is a discussion for those who find that sleeping normal hours is difficult, or that falling asleep is difficult. Generally speaking I cannot fall asleep quickly or I will sleep strange hours during the day and not at all at night. Does anyone else have similar problems (I'm sure at least some do)? and how might you deal with it if at all?

I have difficulty sleeping at night too. I sleep like 3am in the morning and wake up like 11am. What I do before I go to sleep I drink medicine like Rivotril, a sleeping pill and drink milk. That's it. That is now my daily routine to go to sleep

But aren't you worried that now you are dependent on unnatural aids to help you sleep? Just as a matter of personal opinion I wanted to try and stay away from that.

Yes. I'm a bit worried that I am like dependent on those but if I don't drink sleeping pills, it will really be harder for me to go to sleep. But I suggest, you drink melatonin. Its a supplement to help you sleep. Don't worry, its not a sleeping pill. You could try that. And not to mention you pray before going to sleep. Say this prayer "God, please help me go to sleep." then stop overthinking. You will find sleep afterwards.
