I don't like going to the gym and I don't have spare time for it, too. However, I think actually you can do the exercises anytime anywhere. For example, everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It spends about half an hour. I regard it as my daily exercise. I don't have to go to the gym. I can't find it fun to do the exercises in the gym because it is indoor. I prefer outdoor exercises. I can also breathe the fresh air.

Unfortunately I don't belong to a gym though I want to but can't afford it. I am the ultimate couch potato and seldom get any exercise other than walking to the store and to dr. appointments. I have a treadmill standing in front of me all day but I seldom use it. I like to look online for video exercises and sometimes do them.

I used to go to the gym before but now I just do some simple exercise routines like push-ups but I regularly play some basketball and just last weekend, I bought a soccer ball because I want to learn how to play it as well. Exercise makes me feel good and relax. That's because of endorphins or relaxing hormones that's release when we exercise.

I don’t go working out at the gym mainly because it’s far from where I am living and I do have some decent work out equipment’s at home… although they are not the high-end and they are just a few. I kind of like the fact that I am keeping in shape in the comforts of my home. Working out not only helps you in your physique, but also trains you to be discipline, not only to your body but also in your wellbeing. It also helps you be aware on your body, and take control on what you want to achieve on it. My exercise routine or work out as others might called it, is basically focusing more on my upper areas, since I do have my legs in shape. I want to take control with my upper body area mostly routines consisting arms and should strength, more on biceps and also I do a little cardio.
