How to get downline members for a like

I am currently looking for down-line members for my Links in PTC web sites. i am struggling in this fact. Can any one help me in this problem. Some one tell me about blog posting and increase down-line members. So i make a blog and post my links http://gayanmadhawa.blogspot.com/ so far it s not working. I sis not get any followers. Is any one has a idea about this. Ples help me..
