Is it proper situation of second carrying?

Is anyone can say that better planning of carrying second time, when first kid is weak or careless? Is it better time? if not what the alternative all feel better when it occurs?

I never choice to be pregnant with either of my babies. Regardless of the health of my other child if I became pregnant I would still go throw my pregnancy. My daughter was only 10 months old when I became pregnant with my son. It was hard because I had one small child already and now I have two kids after 18 months after having my daughter.
