Getting DRUNK: cool or not?

I am now in my third year college studying Hotel and Restaurant management. It is imperative that we know every alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks in one of our subjects one year. And so, not less than a few months ago, my friends and I started getting deunk at least twice before the first semester ended. I feel awful about it because I have never put myself in that kind of situation before. Peer pressure was washing over me. Nothing really special or cool about getting wasted. I hated every single bit of not being sober. How I would barf on the street gutter along with my slightly-sober friends guidin me so I won't fall while we walk. It was darn awful and I never want to experience anything like that EVER again. For me, getting drunk is sooo not cool. So what do you think? Is getting drunk cool or not?

I still enjoy drinking every now and then but mostly I am over the whole thing and am getting over parties where there is a lot of drinking going on. I just don't find it as fun anymore and with how much I work I really don't enjoy feeling like crap in the morning. Also while I was in school I just didn't really have the time to waste to go to a party so the more I did go the more I kind of wish that I hadn't.
Drinking can make me feel pretty crappy real easily and most of the time I would just rather not drink. However it is really nice to celebrate with a drink or two once and a while so I don't know if I'll be able to stop drinking anytime in the near future.

It's definitely not cool.
It is entertaining though if you are sober and you are watching drunk people doing stupid things. It's cooler being the one sober and laughing at the drunks all around you. 
Nah, just being evil.
Anyway, I have never been that drunk before. Just tipsy and all I did was laugh at every little thing. I never vomited because I was drunk. For some reason, I don't succumb to peer pressure. I guess you can say I really don't care about what other people think of me and no matter how much they pressure me I won't do something I will later regret.
I dislike seeing ladies, especially, getting drunk. They are so vulnerable, it's not sexy to be drunk. And guys will see one as an easy girl and lose respect towards that drunk girl.
I don't get why people love getting drunk when it makes them lose their cool and make them do something stupid. The jokes on the drunk person. It's not really funny to be in that drunk person's shoes.
