My browser could not connect to a specific website

I have a problem in which I can't access a specific websites a couple of days now. I tried opening other websites but they worked fine except of this one. I tried contacting the admin of that site if they've blocked any IP or ISP but they haven't. So I tried again using other browsers but the result is still the same. The prompt on Chrome was "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to 'website'" and on Firefox, "Firefox can't established a connection to the server at 'website'". I've tried also DNS pre-fetching in each of this browser to troubleshoot and scanned my computer of anti-viruses and anti-malwares but I've failed. Any help please? Thanks...

I'm just curious! Why it did happen? I know who is a programmer here know this technical program on website loading feature. Well, when I base it in my experience for sometimes my computer has also loading very slowly. A certain virus is blocking the fast loading of the site. Or may the memory of the computer is already full of files that need to be decluttered or cleaned for more space.
