what can you say about the "two child policy" proposal to the senate

do you agree or not every family will only have two children allowed like what they do abroad...

I think it would be a good idea everywhere in the world, although it would be very unpopular as it goes against our natural instincts. But we need to slowly reduce the number of people in the world and this is the nicest way.

I think this is silly,as long as you can afford to take care of them you should be able to have as many as you want.
