My Televsion is in black and white picture

I got a new Sony Trinitron KV - 29FQ65E from Europe serial number 4003183. Thing is the sound is there everything else is working pertectly though the picture is in black and white. I was advised to change the TV system since am in another region since we use the PAL system in Zambia while most Europian countries use MESECAM. How can I sort out this problem?
