my gift for my monito

The wish of my “baby” or my monito is a t-shirt , medium or large. Since I am not good at calculating the correct size for a man , I bought a large one.
The color wasn’t stated, so I thought what I bought will suit him, since he has a bit darker skin color. As to the style, it’s my taste and intuition that he will like it, since he is at 22-23 years of age .
See for yourselves guys, if my monito will like the shirt.

I think he will like it very much whatever the t-shirt is biger or opposite because this is your lovely "baby".

He said he liked it. But i haven't seen him use it at the office , ever since it was given to him last December.
He said he used it once, when i was on my day off. If he really would like to show his appreciation, he will wear it when i am at work too.
That's what i do to show my appreciation, and i presume he isn't like that.

Gifts are always appreciated anyway especially when it came from a dear one. I'm sure that he will be happy for that gift. It may necessarily that the color is his favorite but it won't matter. However, that would depend on the attitude of the receiver. The important thing is that the gift that you gave came from your heart and with full sincerity. It already depend on how he will response to it.

Until now, i haven't seen him wear the said t-shirt although he said he liked it.
I even asked him why he isn't wearing it and he said he has already worn it on on his duty on a Sunday, which is my rest day .
But in my mind, if he really appreciate it, then he could have worn at least once, in a day where i am at the office to see it.
I think, my taste is different from his. But as you said, at least i heartily gave it to him.

You pick a great one, stripes shirts are very much "in" and since your monito is young, then it will suit him well. Actually i am finding it hard to buy a gift for boys, so whenever i have pick a guy for our party it will really trouble me.. ahah but well since you have a hint on what your monito wants then it will be very helpful but if you don't have any hint.. waah! it will be very difficult to find one.

What i find it hard is the choice of color. Yes indeed stripes are "in".
Last night, when received my gift, i let him take a look at it. And he liked it, as i can see from the twinkle in his eyes.
I am happy he liked it.

yes, i like it, d, and i think even older males will look good in it because it's a combination of light and dark colors. i do hope it fits him, but i wonder if he will agree to model it so you can post his picture here and we can rate him.
by the way, i remember reading that there have been changes to the no-return, no-exchange policy, including the 7 days limit. here's a link to the dti website. http://www.dti.gov.ph/dti/index.php?p=644
too bad you threw away the receipt so that's no longer possible. but still it's worth knowing that the 7 days limit "or any equivalent tagline" is no longer allowed.

as to the size, it fits him, he said. It's better than the medium because it might have been a bit small if it was medium.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well that is great to hear that u have a gift for him and i think he will surely love it. I know u are not good at guessing the size of the outfits and may be u can give it to him and ask him to try it out and if it fits him then u would be very happy and if it does not fit him then u can change that tshirt and get a new one. But most importantly, u got a gift for him without knowing his size is a great thing in itself.

Oh no, if it doesn't fit him, i can't exchange it anymore, because it's been days already. Besides, i already throw the receipt.
But as to buying a new one, well i won't, since it's his fault. He said medium or large, so i opted for large.
