Great potential to EARN EXTRA!

Before, I am very desperate of searching online where and how to earn extra income online since many said that it can be found here. Now I have found that it is a combined Online and Offline venture. Have you heard about Royale Business Club? at first I am so hesitant to join this company. Why? because it is a MLM. But they have good quality of products, the company itself is stable and they have, for me, a clear marketing plan that compensates well.
It is my great comfort to share with you this company as I am already earning decently with this kind of business. I guess I am so lucky to find a group of people and a company committed to teach me, train me, and mold me to become a better person.
What about you? Are you a MLM hater? or have bad experience about it? or perhaps have just heard it with other people. Know it yourself and unleash the beautiful truth this business.

I have a friend who is always jumping from one MLM company to another. This gives me the impression that no one MLM company is good.
And every time she finds a new MLM company, she will without fail invite me to join. She's always the one who's earning big because she's always at the top of the pyramid. I never earn anything much. So I don't really have a good impression of MLM.
I know MLM has great earning potential but without a dedicated upline, you'll just be grasping at straws. My upline is only concerned about her own earnings. She doesn't really care about her downlines.

Yes that is true that whoever on the top would gain higher. But that is not a guarantee. It depends on the compensation plan of the company. I am lucky that I have surpassed the earning of the one who introduced me to this business.
You are also right that without a dedicated upline you could not win the game. But that is if your mind set is not yet ready to face the challenges beyond this venture. I am very fortunate to have good guys with me, uplines and downlines.
I am sad that you have bad experience with your upline. By the way my company has its own training team that trains all its members to become successful ones.

The big secret to MLM (in my opinion) is finding the right sponsor who will personally train and support you and also, finding the right team. It is a people business, so it does require the right kind of people and team support. It almost doesn't matter what company nor what product. I haven't been so fortunate to find that right team, and I am not a sales person, so haven't been successful in MLM companies. Good luck.

Yes, really it is a peoples business. You should find good people...good business partners. But I have a friend who is dedicated to earn his first millions without the help of his immediate sponsor. Unluckily, his sponsor is not that supportive and he just initiated a move to train himself, study the business, master the craft, look for good partners and eventually gained a group of dedicated people also.

i love earning extra money thats why i take part in sites such as Mylot and also i like to complete online surveys for extra money and vouchers my partner sells items on EBAY. If you are willing to put the extra work in and find the right sites you can start to earn some good money, I find it really rewarding aswell.

For me I prepare to concentrate writing article and also commenting like my lot. And not only my lot but lot of company that same. I'm lucky in writing in article and share it to social sites. As I know writing articles is the best way to make money online. I'm sure you will make money for that monetizing.

Is this business down line referral recruitment type of it is free from referral recruitment type. Because promoting a business by recruiting referrals is a tedious process.
