Do you tip yourself after each workout?

Here's a cool idea. After each work out, tip yourself a buck or two. After about 3 to 6 months when you see the result from eating well and working out, take that money and get yourself a new outfit in a smaller size. Or treat yourself to a day at the spa to get a nice massage. When ever money is involved, people tend to stay more focused. Do you think this is an idea that would work for you and your future health goals?

I give myself a tip of a pat on the back and feel real good for making my goal and sticking ot the diet. I'm patting myself on the back tonight, I really wanted a mince pie, didn't really need it so I haven't opened the box and I now feel on cloud nine as it proves I didn't really need the mince pie

No one needs a mince pie, but it's nice to treat yourself to those things you enjoy. It's important to do that. always telling yourself now isn't good. so once in a while if you are in the mood for a mince pie, have a slice and enjoy it

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well this is a great idea and i am sure if this happens then people will definitely be aware of their mistakes of making it to the work outs irregularly. Since people are very concerned about money, so they will take gyming or exercises very seriously. Getting a new outfit with every kg lost is a very bright idea that u have suggested. What say?
