What do you do for enhancing your mood?

Some days, we are happy and feel like being on the top of the world. On other days it is boring. Yet, some days seem to be so horrific that nothing seems to be right. We feel so sad and melancholy. We do not feel like doing anything, and even get angry at others. What do you do on such days? Brood, or fight, or just sleep. And what if you have little kids, and cannot get enough sleep?

Each of us experience being busy and preoccupied with our everyday life and we missed out looking at ourselves and feel free and happy in some little ways. To beat up and enhancing our mood from a tiring work, we must try to look on good positivity’s try looking on life in a positive way wherein despite the busy day, we can contemplate and think of good ways on how to perform our tasks even better. Also, it is important to make a plan schedule for your day, this in a way helps you to sort work and sort relaxation. It is also good to talk with your peers, this helps you feel at ease despite you are working, it also build rapport and good mood to a working environment. At the end of the day, entertain yourself… treat yourself with any means of entertainments this may include listening to music, eating out, unwinding from a busy day. This helps reducing bad moods and mood swings. Find a balance between keeping yourself busy and letting yourself rest.

Music has such power to me and the rhytme makes me feel energetic and positive about life.What about you guys,i know this is probably common to every people,or talk about the unhappiness also makes me feel good.Enough sleep can gives us a good mood for a day.

Hiya sweety, All depends really some days you can get them moving ahead in the right direction and the others that seem to go down hill for a while you have to put your mind to making them work for you the best way you can. I try to do the best I can most times but things can get to you and how but even so I try and that is what is the most important thing. Hope you have a nice day then.xxx

Hiya sweety, Only too well do I know that feeling if you have little children and you cannot rest but you can try to change your mood a little. Get the little ones interested in something else if you can and try to sit down and relax as much as you can it helps to have a sense of humour even if its only a little bit. I used to rotate the toys they had some I would put up right up the top where they could not see or reach them and then bring them down for those difficult times. You can sort of play along with them too but you will find you don´t have to give them your full attention and you can get to relax as well and improve your mood without getting too tired. Yeah I went through this sometimes, and my best cure is cooking and baking. My mood swifts differently when I'm starting to cook and bake. I'm focused on what I'm doing that I forgot what's bothering earlier.

Human life is full of struggle . When you are a winner ,you feel accomplished but things doesn't turn out positive always. Depending upon our desire mood swings. Sometime happy sometime sad. In my dull phase cooking gives me an instant lift. I try out new receipe and make different dishes . Another booster for me is my pet dog . I can't stay dull for long . It will come and start licking me and thus slowly brings me out of my sad state. Sometime gardening also enhances my mood.

We need to keep good attitude towards life,cause there are many uncertain things happen every day in our life,life is full of ups and downs,if you keep a cool and calm mind,you would be face everything peacefully.

I have a sister and she is far away from me for her studies. So there is no one to disturb from my sleep and the rest of the hours I just love to spent before mylot and I love them to do it every time.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well as i always say that we should not expect all our days to be some, while some would be funny and light, others would be quite hectic and irritating. So amidst these days and moments, we have to find solace, happiness and satisfaction for us. If we get irritated and bored then it will affect us obviously. So we have to accept the way things are going and then only positive thoughts will run in our mind and we will be in a jolly mood most of the time. What say?

Thanks for responding. I have started a new discussion after a long time. Yes, the realization finally dawns on us to be calm and patient, but those 24 hours or 48 hours at times can get over-whelming.
