will we get caught by that? violation of DMCA or anythings....for example, uploading a top 10 movie of 2012 and spread it using social network site. will we get caught? I am living outside U.S.. Is there any places free to post without getting legal liability.

no one is going to come and sue you for sharing except if you are using torrent sites. if you are thinking of uploading then you will get caught, it is an offense in every country. but again it varies from country to country, if you are a pirate in russia and pirate copies belonging to USA, i don't think you will get caught. it's politics but i don't want to involve in it. uploading a file without permission is not accepted but you can share the links of third party. it's our fundamental right to share, but their are cases arresting for sharing links too! since you are only sharing it on facebook and with friends, no one cares unless you are having a huge network and making it commercial.

things got more complicated ever, music and movie industry are targeting uploader and torrents and are also not leaving safe zone. safe zone are the one who just share links of third party. as long as your blog isn't famous they won't target you, but if your blog is the most visited blog and you are earning good income then they will come after you. if you are thinking of using blogger, they will delete your account or site, so be careful. i would say run a legal blog and mix the things up for traffic... even the youtube as illegal content mixed with legal content...

Sharing a copyrighted material is illegal in any country as far as i know. but if the company that owns the material is seriously fighting piracy and if you fall in their eyes, you will be sued. Instead of uploading to internet servers, why don't you share your opinions about the movies? One should be careful not to land in jail.
