Have you notice that you have 2 duplicate posts by accidental?

Yesterday, I notice a 2 duplicate posts by accidental. Today, the 2 duplicate posts were deleted. So, I am afraid I might be ban in Mylot. This is just accidental for me.
Another accidental duplicate posts in my topic. It is just 1 duplicate post. I do not know where the duplicate posts came from. Is there a problem when I click? In some previous posts I have never a problem like this.
So, have anyone encountered this? Thank you.

Yes it happens sometimes when connection is slow 
as it happened with me many times. What I did in that case I reported one of the duplicate response to get it deleted. But I am sure for this no one is going to be banned from Mylot as no one does it intentionally.
