December is synonymous with Christmas. And usually in the month, will appear many special things typical of Christmas, such as Christmas trees, Christmas lights, Christmas cookies, Christmas cards, etc.. The parties began to be held. Worship too. Even the usually more lively than other months. Why? Yes, because it's Christmas. But in fact if we read the Word of God again, what were the meaning of Christmas? And should we celebrate it in a sparkling atmosphere and situation that spend a lot of money?
Christmas is actually good news. That God would become man to save all us sinners. He replaces our position and eliminate any sins, giving us new life in His kingdom. This is the core of Christmas. The question, if only to celebrate the good news, of course, no need to spend millions of dollars is not it? There are many ways to interpret the good news of Christmas, such as give thanks for the sacrifice of the Lord. And this does not need to be a big expense, is not it? If we understand Christmas as good news, not trinkets to celebrate.

I think Christmas should be celebrated above all holidays. This is the season that reminds us that God gave Jesus to us. Though in history, it says that Jesus was not born in December. But Christmas always reminds me of sharing blessings and being thankful to all the blessings that I receive.

It's should be celebrated but don't forget the meaning of Christmas itself.
