I'm confuse how people make money via google custom search.

Hello there, I'm still not much active in this forum. But hope I could find some better answers for my topic. Since last two years I'm trying that online things which people talking about make money online. But i m not success at all. I saw some people really make money through that Google custom search thing. But I do not have much experience with google and that adsense thing. And hear people talk confusing at that adsense thing because they ban accounts with no reason. So I'm willing to hear about good and bad both in that two things Google custom search and Google Adsense. Please share your experience here.
