Seize the opportunity for better job.

In many cases the tho things are connected. Having a good job with a good salary, a job that you like, can make you a better person because satisfaction of what you do for a living will reflect to almost every other aspect of your life and surroundings. You can't distinguish personal success from growing as a person simply because one doesn't live alone in a cup under a glass cap, but always with other people and individuals.

If you have the capabilites for a better job which would also mean better pay, then you should grab it at once. However, before grabbing it, try to discern first if it will not in a way let you put your family aside.

If there are opportunities to have a better job. Why I am refuse since that is once in a lifetime opportunity. We hope that someday better life will be experience too, by landing in a better job.

Yes. That is correct. It is said that even the wages is high or low, as long as there is an opportunity job, people grab it no matter what as long as it'll make them better in the future. Even the wages is low, they can make it big and convert it into good money.

I think that it is a great idea to seize the opportunity for a better job when it comes, otherwise you will regret it. Work is not everything but it forms an important part of one's life. Many doors can open if you give it a chance and when one door closes, another always opens. It is exciting to start a new venture like a new job...so I would definitely agree that the moment must be seized. A job that is filled with opportunities allows you to grow into a better person and everyone, including your family will benefit. This is just my opinion, of course. (-:
