How do you tell someone you love they are being a tool?

My fiance is the biggest gamer tool there is. lol. He acts like he is better than any other player and is generally a bit surly with his teams (xbox live) and then wonders why no one wants to talk to him over the headset..... I love the man, hes great one on one outside of the game, but within the game setting he's a total and utter tool.....

Direct. There i no other way. Go to him while he is playing and tell him "DUDE, stop being a tool, why do you think no one likes you in-game?" Let reality slap him as HARD as it can.
