I am a man, it's OK to cheat, unlike women..

Is this plain male chauvinism? What difference does it make? You cheated your partner and now you say it's okay because you're a man but when women cheat on their partner, it's a far different story. Anyone here who can share their views?

There should never be different rules for men and women in relationships or life. That's what equality is all about not to mention that this is just about basic respect that we all (men and women) share the same intellect level and self-control level. Being able to maintain a commitment has nothing to do with gender and everything to do with the respect you're giving your partner and the self-control you choose to practice. To say a man can cheat and a woman can't is sexist and disgusting.

Hi smiling, Cheating is worst thing you can do to your partner. It means that you just do not care about your relationship nor you care for your mate. Cheating is always bad be it done by man or woman. Cheating is not only physical but also can be emotional. There are lots of guys and girls ( including married ones) who cheat on their partners online. They have lots of ppl they are having fun on cam or talking dirty. I feel that is cheating too.

I agree with you. Many men think it is ok for you to cheat but not for the woman to cheat. I think it is harmful for anyone to cheat. But men shouldn't feel that they are above women and can do whatever they want. That is just wrong.

That's why I find this issue hard to accept. Cheating in any gender is cheating plain and simple.

Completely agree with you. It's all bad either way. Whether it's a man or woman it will cause problems and pain. There will be consequences no matter the gender. It all has the same side affects. So men shouldn't feel as if they are free to cheat because of their gender.

It can't be right. Probably, there are other nations whose culture and traditions allow men to live a polygamous life and have more than 1 wife. However, cheating in general is never a privilege for any gender.

you are correct friend. a lot of times there are two stories but remember cheating is not good although person is women or men. I think the best thing is we should avoid by cheating any other person. then we haven't worry forever.

A few months ago I read the results of a research. And what was the outcome? Women cheat more often then men! For me, I never was monogamous and I always told my new partners so that they could see for themselves if they wanted to go on or not.

No matter what anybody says, anyone who cheated on his/her partner or spouse had done something terrible. It doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman, cheating is never all right. Cheating is never okay. If the woman cheats on her husband it's wrong but if it's the reverse, it's okay. What kind of logic is that? No logic at all. It's double standard.

A man can always brag to be in such behavior, but for women is totally a disgrace for them to do it. I am not generalizing, some men are polygamy in nature and cannot keep still for one partner. Good day!

I definitely don't agree with that, definitely not. How could a man think its okay for them to cheat and woman can't. I don't know what I would do if I know that someone. I'm just thankful hubby is not like him.

Women and Men have equality. That means Women and Men have equal responsibilities. That means it is NOT OK for women to cheat. And it is NOT OK for men to cheat. NO double standard. Equal rights - equal fairness.

Its not ok to cheat whether you are male or female. Cheating is wrong all together. If you are married and you cheat. Its like you have just given your partner a slap and said you are not fufilling all my needs in the bedroom so I have to get it elsewhere. Cheating is wrong on all levels. Heart get broken and Lives get shattered for what. Your one night of pleasure its not worth it.
