Oatmeal is always on hand in my home. There are so many things you can do with it. First, it makes a nutritious breakfast. You can add nuts, fruit and spices to change the flavor any way you want. Second, you can bake it into cookies, cakes and pies. Some fitness folks eat it raw, just plain and dry, out of their hands, or as granola, for energy and internal cleansing purposes. Oatmeal can also be pulsed in the blender to make a fabulous facial mask to absorb excess oil in the skin. When used in the bath, it relieves itching. Oatmeal is so versatile and useful, everyone should keep it handy.

I love oatmeal, eat it here all the time. I also make shakes from it, and oatmeal cookies for my cafe here. Have a great day there.

Oatmeal is not just good as a meal or to put in your diet, it is also a good natural facial remedy for treating and exfoliating the skin. It has a natural cleansing agent that provides high levels of fibres which is helpful in skin firming it also has natural enzyme to stimulate and nourish skin tones. It is also a great facial cleanser and facial srub that helps open your skin pores and digs dipper on unwanted dirt that helps you treat mild skin irritations.
