yes I can understand what you want to say . there are lot of scam website around us and many people like us trap in scam website and lost their time and energy . mostly newbies are the main target of the scammers because they not have much knowledge about the website can take it easy . I think people should be away from scan sites . at present I can't found any law against these websites . but I think it needs a law so that all scammers get hard punishment .

yes and I agree with you but I think newbies are really new for all these things . research for a website before using it really a new thing for them . so the scammers can take advantage of this thing of newbies .

We can't do something to prevent such cases, friend. Because we don't know who are they and we can't just close any company that sell domain and hosting. Even hosting company, didn't predict if those people buying hosting in their company are scammer or not?

No one will set that way, friend. Because all countries, have different laws that followed international laws on internet privacy implemented by international telecommunication union. Those things are depend on any country, to regulate laws regarding that matter. Like in the united kingdom, where you need to register to the government your business whatever kind of business you want to establish online. If the admin, did not prove that his/her website is a legitimate business, that website is shutdown immediately for not following the said regulation.

As far as I know there is no such law to punish these scam site owners. I once started a discussion on this topic where I urged for the monitoring of all such money earning sites by an international monitoring body. I personally believe that such a monitoring body where a site owner must deposit an amount before launching of their site and if the site suddenly goes scam, the amount would be forfeited by that body. Until any such thing appears online, as a responsible mylotter what we can do is to warn others by starting a discussion in mylot so that fellow mylotters can take precaution about that site.

There does not seem to be any law enforcement agency that monitors sites that are scam or turns to scam. The internet is so huge and the scam artists are so sly and shady, it is hard to even find them. Everyone on line has to be responsible for protecting themselves as best they can. Being cautious is one way. Doing research is another. Even then, all of us get taken now and then. Hopefully, when we do, it will not be too bad.

Yes, day by day, more and more people will be scammed by different kind of online programs. I pity on those new on the online of making money. We can't do anything to help them to avoid it. The only thing that can help them to prevent it is through their own experiences. Like me, I remember the first time I go into this online stuff, nobody told me anything that will scam me when I join this or that online program. Instead, I just go in and join the programs. After join several online programs, some scam me and some don't. That's when I learn about it and prevent it. That's when I got to learn a new word - SCAM. Before that, I never come across that word until I go into making money online.

Yes, I agree. These scam sites are fooling many people. I think there should be a law against scam sites. This will ensure the safety of the people using the internet for online jobs. Have a nice day!
