Do you get a lot of buyers per month? Do you still have to promote your own shop in order to get any buyers? I'm a bit doubtful in trying Etsy as a venue for selling because if you still have to promote like crazy, you might as well open a free web store with no fees. Then you can just use social network sites and promote your items. So what do you think? Is Etsy really still profitable despite being seller saturated?

Etsy is a place to sell handmade art and crafts. But I don't plan to waste my time promoting a site which requires fees when you can promote your own web store with no fees. If you plan to do business in Etsy, make sure you can create something like a painting,drawing,handmade toys, clothes,bags, necklace,bracelet and etc.
