How do you evaluate people upon welcomg the new year?

It is still the same hard headed people I remember in welcoming the new year,because there are plenty of victims still confined in the hospital due to firecracker incidents,even if government authorities have given safety precaution. here in the Philippine we have welcome the new year with so much firecracker incidents.Some are having bruises,some are having their arm or hand amputated due to using powerful firecrackers,that are prohibited by law,yet still they used it.I do not know guys how you are celebrating in your country to welcome the new year.I wish you could discussed your celebrations.
