Do I need an ipad or tablet if I already have laptop

I personally don't think you need an iPad if you already have a laptop or smartphone. however, if you want to purchase one for portability reasons, like you want to carry a gadget with you everywhere, you should definitely consider buying especially if your laptop is not a netbook. I'm using a netbook and I have a smartphone and a tablet, but most of the time, I just ignore the tablet and phone and use the laptop.

i had a labtop and a ipod they both boke that is why im trying to get a ipad what u think it dnt have to be a ipad it can be a android but i want one that i can put more memory on and it have to be cheap and can hold alot of apps im an app junkie i just want to knw what do u think

I do not have a tablet or laptop. I have a desktop. I am planning to buy a tablet or laptop within a year. I think it is good to save money and buy a laptop.

Even though I can live without it, I still bought an iPad last year, and I love it so much. Anyway, if you think that an iPad can be replaceable by a laptop computer, you don't need to get one, it was just redundant and you don't have to spend too much money on it. If you like the extra fun of it, I truly recommend the iPad mini, it is a good one.

I totally agree with bunnystarr. I personally think that getting an iPad or tablet is not necessary anymore if you have a laptop, but for portability's sake, it's also a good investment. Especially if you're always on the go. As you said, your laptop is a dinosaur, LOL! If you have an extra money to spend, then go! It might be a good investment at the end of the day because you can work online while you're out and about unlike if you bring with you your laptop, unless of course you're using a small one like a netbook. :-)

An iPad would not be a great investment while having a laptop. That's just because, on laptop you can perform the same things which you can on the new iPad. A little better of course. The reason, I don't recommend an iPad is because, on an iPad you can just give yourself portability enough to carry your pictures, movies and also play games on a bigger screen than your smartphone. I would just say, make you sure you don't waste money until you don't have an apt use of it.
