another idea for wwe creative and this time it involves 3mb...

i must admit, i really didn't like when jinder mahal, drew mcintyre, and heath slater teamed up and repackaged themselves as 3mb. they didn't have anything in common and 3mb came across as a jobbers version of legacy or even evolution (minus randy orton whom, evolution expelled from the group... you know the story). anyway, 3mb had won matches against the usos and team co-bro mainly because of the 3 on 2 advantage that they have. the third wrestler in the group, any one of the three really, will interfere on the team's behalf. after watching them in action, i think wwe can do a lot of things with 3mb and here are a couple of story lines that they can have to push 3mb. with royal rumble around the corner, we can have 3mb being in the rumble and they can actually enter the rumble consecutively and eliminate a number of wrestlers themselves by ganging up on these wrestlers. of course, there is advantage in numbers and having all three of them in the ring at the same time accomplishes this. imagine, three mid card wrestlers, jobbers in reality, eliminating a good amount of superstars because they were working together. this was done before with cm punk, mason ryan, and the rest of the new nexus in a previous royal rumble and john cena was the one who cleaned house (how unoriginal!!!). anyway, for this one, they can have a different wrestler clean up and eliminate the members of 3mb (no please, don't make it cena!!!). this way, it puts not just 3mb in the spotlight but the fourth wrestler as well. the obvious choice would be ryback but i doubt if he needs more push. brodus clay comes to mind as it was brodus clay that 3mb first beat up to introduce themselves to the wwe universe. that would be a great comeuppance on 3mb and likewise a great way to reintroduce the monster brodus clay (i hate the funkasaurus gimmick!i hate the dancing! although, i like the girls!!!). another wrestler would be alberto del rio as this is tied in with my other suggestion to have del rio turn into a baby face. another story line for the push of 3mb will be having a rivalry with both team hell no and the shield. i know that team hell no has been battling the shield and the shield has given a good account of themselves. however, why keep a rivalry between only two groups? wouldn't adding a third one make it more exciting? you bet it will!!! 3mb can even go as far and make itself part of the resurgence of the wwe tag team division. i can see it now, a tag team tournament to determine the rightful challengers for the tag team titles being held by team hell no. 3mb and the shield have undue advantage because both have three wrestlers at their disposal. i'm sure those tag team matches will be good ones. and last but definitely not the least... and admittedly, this is my favorite idea for a story line to push 3mb... 3mb goes on a rampage against the wwe legends that beat up heath slater. i do remember those matches. a wwe legend comes back to beat the crap out of heath slater. in all fairness to heath slater, he sold these matches well and each week i was tuned in to raw, eager to find out who will return to humiliate heath slater!!! heath slater didn't impress me much when he was at nxt or even at nexus or even with the corre but these weekly beat downs, i become a heath slater fan. well here is the run down of legends that 3mb can gang up on and deliver a beating 3mb-style...vader, psycho sid, rowdy roddy pipper, doink the clown, diamond dallas page, bob backlund, scotty 2 hotty, rikishi, road warrior animal, lita and the acolytes protection agency (the apa). we can also add brooklyn brawler and tommy dreamer in the list as these two legends defeated 3mb in two separate 6-man tag team competitions (both times both legends teamed up with the miz and alberto del rio) like what they say, revenge is a dish best served cold. of course, 3mb will get theirs and the legends will join together and humiliate and serve a brutal beating as well against 3mb. so my fellow mylotters, what do you think? feel free to chime in. cheers and happy mylotting!!!

Talk about strange bedfellows! There doesn't seem to be any connection with these 3 wrestlers at all and I can't see any reason why they should team up. It is a waste though since I think these 3 individually have great talent the problem is they don't seem to have any good gimmicks to boost their popularity. it would be great for them to have a rival tag team but I can't see any chemistry between them and either hell-no or the shield. maybe because I just can't figure out what they're "theme" or "angle" is.

@ anaknitatay, +1 about 3mb being strange bedfellows. the triumvirate of slater, mahal, and mcintyre have nothing in common. they are not third generation superstars like that of legacy nor are they real life friends (at least not that i know of) like the kliq. these are three wrestlers that have nothing in common and i thought to myself. maybe that is what will make this group work, their very diverse and distinct personalities, wrestling styles, and backgrounds. +1 again on these three wrestlers not having any good individual gimmicks on their own. slater was a good jobber with nexxus and the corre but wasn't much of a singles competitor. drew mcintyre was touted as the future of the wwe but really didn't live up to the billing. jinder mahal started as a manager if i'm not mistaken and he didn't have much impact. the three parts are not so good but taken as a team, they definitely merit a second look. @captalbertwhisker, agree about your assessment about the tag team division. perhaps, strictly speaking only the USOs and epico and primo are the legit tag teams. i'll add the prime time players as well even though darren young and titus o'neil started as singles competitors. it is indeed very rare nowadays to see an actual tag team launched in wwe. i have my second thoughts about randomly teamed up guys being a tag team, i guess it works for some teams and it doesn't for others. thanks for participating and happy mylotting!!!

the thng is they were all tag teams of the tag team division are not real teams, the only real team is the USO's who are brothers and Epico and Primo who are cousins and they were currently jobbers. The tag Team division is in life support right now, maybe if the randomly teaed guys will stay together for years then they can be considered a real tag team.

Its good to see the WWE teaming up wrestlers again. Nexus was a good thing but you knew that they would break up and do their own thing eventually. I think its hard to recreate what Randy Orton, Ted and Cody had and even harder when Evolution was in charge. There does seem to be some talent in tag teams but those take time and I know the WWE is still building their brand. Two is good, three is great and four could cover all posts of the square circle.

hi there gitfiddleplayer. it is nice to see wwe teaming up wrestlers again. these wrestlers may lack something individually but when teamed up together, it kinda completes the package. of course, there will come a time that they have to split up and do their things individually, that is a given but hopefully when that happens, these wrestlers would be better and would have successful and interesting individual careers. of course, that doesn't happen all the time but as a fan, that's all one can wish for. good point about bringing up legacy. randy orton was clearly the established wrestler among the three. he was randy orton before legacy. both cody and ted dibiase jr. had mildly successful runs after legacy. i was high on ted dibiase jr. as i was a fan of the million dollar man. it was a gimmick that ted jr. could have embraced but it didn't pan out right for him. cody's stint was average in my book but i'm liking the gimmick now with the mustache and the team up with damien sandow. hopefully, they become tag team champions but they really wouldn't need the belts to be a significant team in the tag team division. thanks for participating and happy mylotting!!!

3MB DEFEATS SHEAMUS IN AN OVER-THE-TOP-ROPE CHALLENGE in RAW earlier!!!!!!! not exactly how i would have planned at but 3mb winning a match is a start. sheamus eliminated jinder mahal and drew mcintyre in quick succession but both 3mb members went back to the ring to help heath slater eliminate sheamus. sheamus still got the last laugh as he was able to hit the brogue kick on 3mb. i know this is a win for 3mb but it would have been a better match if 3mb had ganged up on and given sheamus a beat down. just my thoughts.

I simply do not understand anything about wrestling right now... the last time i watch... Ed MacMahon was still there... Stone Cold Steve Austin was still the hero... and the Rock was about to leave to pursue a career in acting... i was so hooked back then that i thought the story lines were true... Well, i hope someone from the WWE would read your posts... you have great ideas... and it will definitely help perk up WWE...

hi tere. i understand where you are coming from. i wasn't able to watch wrestling a couple of years ago and when i started watching again, i was 'what was happening?', 'why did so and so beat up so and so? weren't they partners before?'. eventually, i was able to catch up and although, i don't get to watch wrestling on tv, i get to follow what happens online. from what you wrote, i think the last time you were watching wrestling was during wwe's attitude era. really fun times! good story lines and really great wrestlers! also, i think you meant vince mcmahon and not ed mcmahon. vince mcmahon is the chairman of the board and the chief executive officer of wwe whereas ed mcmahon was a an american game show host, announcer, and comedian. thanks for the kind words and thanks for participating. cheers and happy mylotting!!!
