How or where do we find peace in our minds and hearts?

i have this verse, one of my favorite ones, actually. Philippians 4:6-7 - "Don't worry about anything, but pray about everything. With thankful hearts offer up your prayers and requests to God. Then, because you belong to Christ Jesus, God will bless you with peace that no one can completely understand. And this peace will control the way you think and feel." It says that when we pray about everything, when we uplift and give all our worries to God, then for sure peace will come to our hearts and minds. Do you think there are more places where we can find peace in our hearts and mind? I think a clear conscience is one, when you know you have done nothing that tries to eat up your inner self, then you have a peaceful mind, Or others may say that they have peace in themselves becauuse they are content with what they do have and what they are able to share, hence they do not always rush and worry about what they want (material things) and so their minds are peacceful. Your thoughts on this?

Yes, only in God we can find a peaceful mind. Surrender yourself and your dreams to God and He will give them back to you in Better Packages.

Yes, we can only have peace in our heart through our Lor4d Jesus Christ. Without him, we have nothing. I am not saying that we won't struggle in our lives, as it is only there to make us stronger. I know what struggling is, as I am struggling financially, but I still rely on the Lord to help me through. In fact, my favorite bible verse is Proverbs 3:5-6, where it says: Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not to thine own understand. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and sHe shall direct they paths. I seem to forget that at times, and I am sure if i thought about it all the time, then I feel better and more than likely be at peace too. Also, there is a verse that says: Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee. A very good verse, one that we all need to think about too. Take care, and have a very good day.

That bible verse is so true. It is also written on a "examining conscience" book that was given by my mother. We should have peace of mind. The guidelines is also written that a person must have a mental, spiritual and physical healthy.
