I am so engaged with this show Undercover Boss, it's interesting how the boss interacts with the employees in disguise in the end they tell who they really are, anyone else ever watch the show, what are your thoughts?

I like this program as well. I like it that the bosses always find out that it is not so easy being on the physical labour side of things. It is really nice how the bosses reward great employees at the end as well.

Yes, I agree they get to feel How it is on the physical side, and sometimes it's not so pleasant dealing with rude, angry customers or clients, I watched the show last night very interesting.
