How can we keep ourselves cleaner? At times what we eat goes through our pores offending everyone. Me personally if the person I am with (hubby) smells, I tell him straight forward. I don't care if he gets upset but at least I tell him truth, and he takes care of it. I hate that i have to tell him and he don't realize it, but I say to him it was me you would be turned off. I think you have to say what bothers you, especially if the other person is not getting it, or not realizing it. It's not being rude, stinking and not correcting it is being rude.

We just bathe and everyday and it will help. Deodorants of course should as well. If he is a heavy dairy eater including cheese this wil be all the more important, as dairy is supposed to sometimes cause more of a perspiration problem. So I have heard.

Personal hygiene is important for all of us. I think that we should tell someone in a tactful manner. We don't have to be rude about it but we can talk with them in a tactful way. Letting them know that perhaps they need a shower. It is important to clean our bodies daily. This will prevent us from having odors. As well as we should brush our teeth and perhaps wash our face when after we eat a meal. This will keep us smelling fine.
