...why rain?

I was going outside with my dog because I promised him that I will let him explore places other than the four walls of my house. I chose a local park where he can sniff and walk around. We were quite stalled by the rain. I decided that we should risk it because I have no idea how long the rain should last. I have an umbrella and I keep pushing the dog’s head back into the bag so that he will not catch a cold as much as possible. We arrived home with me a little bit wet and somehow the sky topped the rain. I don’t know why but it always happens. The minute I get home, the rain stops and everything goes clam. Perhaps, it is coincidence or not but it makes me quite frustrated because of braving the rain and all that. I don’t know but it is somewhat annoying.

I have the same issue like in the winter time whenever I plan to travel long distance somewhere it always ends up snowing and ruins my plans but half the time I don't let it ruin my plans I still go and just have my boyfriend drive. I don't like driving in really bad weather if I don't have 2. Of course I haven't been able to go anywhere in the past 4 days with being sick and what does it not do? It doesn't snow at all those 4 days. Now watch I go back to work this week and will get snow again. It's just always my luck. But it's the same if it was to rain too so I know how you feel.

don't worry, i feel your pain. the rain has to get you good and wet first, before it goes away. either that, or it has to ruin your plans first. hmmm. it rain over here, too. in fact. stalled my plans as well, because i wanted to go to the flee market.
