How many of you keep in mind while cooking...! That how much antioxidant value is there in our food or vegetables.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well in my view, whenever someone is cooking it is too difficult to determine the amount of antioxidants present in a food, the knowledge about how nutritious and healthy a food can be is sufficient enough for cooking. If u have too many details about the food then it will mess up with our diet. What say?
