Getting Paid For Upload images in Mylot..?

Hello friends..
Recently when i was going through some of the guidelines and instructions of mylot...
I got to know that we get paid for uploading Images in Mylot....
So I uploaded a Pic In mylot but as soon as i upload that pic, i got a message as it says It is for your personal something something I don't remember Exactly what it was, but it says to earn upload photos in mylot and enjoy....
So the Bottom line is can Anyone Throw some light on How to get paid for uploading photos in Mylot... That would be really a great help here......

You will then understand that we only earn for uploading photos in discussions and interests BUT there are rules that must be followed and if you do not abide by them then you risk losing your account.
MyLot is a discussion site and photos are supposed to enhance the discussions and are certainly not the main focus of myLot.
Until your user activity rating reaches 500 you cannot add them when responding or commenting in discussions.

You cannot earn by uploading photos to your profile. You earn by uploading relevant photos in a discussion.

I think if we upload picture here on myLot, the discussion and the images must be relevant. Of course, what I know is we must not copy right the images. It must be our own pictures.
