I do not think it is funny at all. if you feel tired then do it, i do this too if i am at home, usually on a weekend when i know i have some spare time, i nap to catch some sleep.

Hey Jazel_Juan, Thank you for your comment. I think that you are so right and true. This is why I do catch some sleep in the middle of the day sometime just like I had to do today, because when sleep calls it calls and aint no stopping it.!!!:)

Your body can only take so much. Good thing you doze off a bit to help you get recharged. But I am the kind of person who gets a headache when I nap. Not unless I am really sick, then I might fall asleep. But other days, absolutely no naps for me.

I don't think that's funny at all. I very seldom take naps, and only really do it when I'm not feeling well. I read recently that naps are good for us though, so I may find myself taking some in the afternoons this year. But no I don't think that's funny at all. The body always gives out.

Don't push your body too hard every day, because eventually it will burn down, and two hour day nap won't save you. You must find balance between staying up (either working or having fun, it doesn't matter)and having enough sleep, so that your organism can fully recover. Being on energy level all the time wll cause your body not only physical stress, but also mental one, and one day you will find yourself on medications.
