Expired packages in Profitclicking

Hi all, when I joined JSS before I haven't fully understand it all and then suddenly there is a major changes in the system with the transition to Profitclicking.
Before my upline said to ignored only the expired position in JSS but how about now in Profitclicking, should I continue to ignored it too.
What shall I do with my expired packages with a total of 28?

4 expired packages will give you a JSS matrix position (now called Panel) if you are upgraded to Level 1. If they have already expired prior to you upgrading to Level 1, then, you won't get any Panels anymore.
Although, with the current state of PC, getting Panels will be the least of your worries. Withdrawing money out of PC is the main concern right now. Payments from the Regular Queue has been pending for more than 3 months while it's difficult to get into the buckets since the start of the year.

They are still paying. It's just difficult to request payments via the bucket. As for the regular queue, it has been stuck for a long time.
Anyway, I got lucky to request payments via the bucket today. So, hopefully I receive the payments within 48 hours.
