Does Google Adsense accept blogger or blogspot platform?

I want to ask you that does google adsense accept blogger or blogspot?I am askign this question,because many persons told me that you have to make a professional blog for adsense.It means that we have to purchase domain name and web space for it. I have also tried it two or three years before.But my blog had rejected due to various reasons like duplicate content and a like. So i want to a blog and want to join google adsense and earn by blogging also.So does google adsense accept blogger or blogspot platform?Because i want to earn through adsense for free.
