Restore Vista By Safe Mode

Hello MyLotters...
Have you, anyone have experience how to restore your windows Vista OS in your PC or laptop from Safe Mode only? but not from previous changes. But from two or three or four days ago.
I Think My Computer Hijacked by someone because my OS can showed login menu but directly showing pop up menu to add new REGISTRY, if i choosed not yes or cancel, it will showing the same pop up menu again.
Any Suggestions?
I Appreciate any kind of your informartion.

Maybe the way is to format your hard drive, if you don't mind to lose your data. It's a good way to start freshly, especially if you believe your pc has been hijacked by someone, virus, adware or spyware. That will clean them up.

What are you trying to do? If you want to restore the OS you could get a Windows Vista install disc, format the C drive and then re-install Vista. You could also see if your PC came with any recovery/restore discs and use those. Good luck.
