I am training under one company and we communicate via skype and a time-measuring app to make sure that i am working within acceptable hours. It's fine by me. However, since there are times we had a break time initiated by by boss. Of course, I am supposed to wait for him until he gets back into his skype and tell me what to do. And I don't stop the clock on the software that measures my work time since I consider it still part of work. However, there are times when I am simply got tired of waiting, went into the same break and come back again. Ids it fair that I use teh official clock for waiting for him to come back from his break?

Well, that was I was doing. My boss usually gives some tasks and sometimes I fish them before he comes back. Which is good for me because I create I guess a good impression. But sometimes, he goes for a long time and I am simply too bored to weight

This is a question to ask your boss. Do you clock the time that you spend waiting? Is there any work you can do while waiting? I think this is something you need to clarify with your boss.
