How to earn money by referring friends?

Hello everyone, I want to know "How can i earn money just by referring friends?" but also they don't have to invest anything, just they have to sign up and i earn. I have lots of friends (even such friends who meet with me on the internet) but many of them also want to make money by doing like this work means just by referring friends. I have tried some websites but some wants Investment or some wants to complete survey and as i am from India there is not much survey available and which are available they didn't approve the survey completion. I have try to find using Google Search but can't find any legit website.
I don't think there is any website which offer this like service but at least for my confirmation I have posted this discussion.

Hi, here @ mylot you can make referrals, read the details on how to make such referrals look for earnings- referrals, I suggest that you make first an earning by participating from any discussions made by the lotters that interest you most and start a new discussion because the referrals will be based from you earned and 25% of it will be added to your earnings :) Enjoy Lotting!

Just refer them to join Mylot as your referral and you are done any time and every time they will make some valid post you are earning for your pocket while sleeping. It is that easy.
