The Reward

Sometimes there is a misconception about the value of things. Little things such as keeping a promise or simply doing a job can seem too small to notice, but I can respect these commitments. A person's word is something he or she should work hard go make true. Doing a job can seem mundane, but it adds to the integrity of a business. A job and a solid word are worth more than money can buy. The cost of not maintaining these can be high, but when ones comes through with the responsibilities of these actions, the feelings of pride and the priviledges of manhood/womanhood is realized.

I agree with you. Little things mean a lot, so the saying. It takes a tiny seed to grow a giant tree but it takes a single match stick to burn a forest. Just as it takes years to grow a tree but it takes minutes to burn a forest.

That is a good example toyota4k. When we get away from that which is meaningful and right, we find ourselves going down a path that leads us in the wrong direction. This can cause one's life to go off track and he or she can spend years getting back to a better place in life.

I couldn't agree more. Nothing is more important too me then too do something the best it can be done. It doesn't matter if its a small job or may seem less important. I think that kind of attitude lacks today. Most people today have the attitude of entitlement and laziness. Everything is instant and free. Noone works for anything anymore and thats why theres so much depression and violence..too much free time too think and ponder on things. Sometimes I wish I lived in a more simpler time.

Actually, simplicity is relative to how you choose to think. I still believe we can keep it simple and find the answers to what we want and what we need and give ourselves the choice to strike a balance that allows us to have a healthy amount of what we need and what we want while knowing the difference.
