Healthy Recipes and Snack

I am going to Cabo in June. Just over a year after I had my son. My goal is to wear a bikini there. I have a long way to go though...A lot of baby fat to lose. I am looking for some food suggestions. Healthy recipes or snacks that are either low in calories or are negative calorie burners. Celery for example is a negative calorie burner, but I don't know many ways to eat it aside from stuffing it with peanut butter. What have you discovered to be goood filling healthy snacks that assist in losing weight?

I{m trying the Mediterranean diet and I have slimmed don slowly but surely. Check it at the web. It is not something so difficult to follow that you would end up with a lot of cravings. That{s what I liked about it.

I have heard good things about this diet. It was rated in the top 5 I believe. However, I have also heard that the recipes are difficult to prepare because you need unprocessed food..

I think you should start to do some stretching and exercise now. Also you can eat anything but with limitation and focus to your goals. But if you want to have a good body shape on bikini try to eat fatless food better if it steam or grill.

I have been doing stretches and exersise. I need to find somemore videos so that I don't get bored. We do eat a lot of grilled food. Since I am allergic to beef, chicken gets pretty old, so I am always looking for new recipes to try that taste good but are healthy at the same time.

walk and drink lots of water as well. it helped my sister lost 15 lbs. in one months time. Good luck to you. See ya in Mexico....

I have been excerising. I am trying to be better about drinking the water but it is so hard!!! My office is so cold and I will only drink ice water. lol
