Lance Armstrong: I came clean for my family's sake

Lance Armstrong said that, he finally decided to tell the truth about his doping mostly because the controversy had gotten so "out of control" that it was starting to affect his children. After lying about his doping for more than a decade, he didn't want his kids to be part of his cover-up, too. His confession clearly shows his immense love for his family, but I am afraid has he done enough justice to his family by doing what he has done over the past decade. I would like you to share your views about this. Thanks in advance.

Well I would like to commend him for having the courage to finally tell the truth for the sake of his family. Despite of what all the critics have been saying against him, I think he deserves some respect for finally opening up. I hope and pray he will not just stop here. He should go on kicking off that vice and continue changing his life for the better if he really loves his family.

Right. He has probably already done a lot of damage by lying, and for so long. It would have been best, although much harder, not to say anything than to lie to people's faces over and over again. But, I have not walked in his shoes, so.
