Can the rest of the world sort out Africa's problems ie food, wars, dictators, hiv

It's rather perplexing that ALL continents other than AFRICA have actively progressed socially, economically and scientifically, with some measure of self sustainability in terms of food, employment, clothing and better lifestyle. However in Africa food is yet a problem. The economies are weak, the leadership dictatorial and HIV ravaging the masses. Can the other continents "spoon feed and baby sit" africa to greatness. Or like China is Africa to search far and deep within its borders to come up with the "magic formula" to steer itself to be at par with the rest of the world.

If everybody helped out I think it would give alot of help. With everybodys help thongs would be much better on that continent.

I think that only so much can be done for Africa and the rest the nation and its people have to do for themselves. Sure it is a dry continent, but so is Australia yet we are self-sufficient in food, plus we export food and give in the form of aid to poorer nations. We also have high employment figures, a great lifestyle and a multi-cultural society. There is no magic formula, what happens is largely determined by the people and their willingness to work for their nation and make it a better place to live.
