Otoki? in English what should I do?

Otoki is only one of the few Korean phrases I remembered from watching their dramas.As I set down right now outside the veranda trying to mesmerize and ponder things in my life I came to realized it seems I'm fallen again.Fallen again in a wrong person.So I ask myself, what should I do?

Well sometimes I'd rather decide things by ourself so that we on't have anybody else to be blame in the future if the outcome is it that harmonious.
