mountain climbing is an extreme sport. your energy will be drained throughout the day continuosly for 2-3 even more. nutrisious food are needed, as well as the drinking water needs of more than everyday use because of an exessive sweating. but unfortunately, many climbers were armed with some insufficient food. when they make the climb especially a student who are climb for the first time they still have not a lot of experience in climbing.the main provision one requirment of drinking water, human daily need 2 liters. when climbing a mountain drinking water needs could increase 4-5 liters per day.especially when climbing in afternoon. at the bare mountains in the day time heat rapidly once so thirsty.
